Processing Vendor Bills & issue Cheques
Monitoring Accounts Receivable, handling Monthly Accounts and MIS.
Preparation of GST Returns workings, TDS, Professional Tax, and its payments.
Ensure timely generation & raising invoices to clients.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.
Passing Provision/Cost allocation entries.
Responsible for preparations of Annual Budget and strategic plans & Variance Analysis of all General Ledger.
Raising fund requests to Banking department.
Preparation of Monthly MIS report with age wise analysis of Sundry Debtors and Sundry Creditors.
Co- ordination with internal & statutory auditors.
Handling petty cash and reimbursement.
